v. Any cat showing signs of ill health whilst staying with us, will be taken to your own Veterinary Hospital, (if within 15 mile distance of The Garden Mews) for treatment - otherwise a local vet will be used and if necessary contact will be made with your own Vet for any current condition still needing treatment.

iii. A non-returnable £30 deposit is required for each cat boarded at Christmas and/or New Year.

iv. Full payment is required before or on collection day by either cash, cheque or card.

v. A delivery and collection service is available, charged per trip at £1 per mile travelled with a minimum charge of £15.

vi. Long term boarders will be invoiced monthly in advance.

4. General

i. You will be required to sign a 'boarding form' the first time you board your cat at The Garden Mews. This will state that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. It will also give us permission to administer any medication or treatment necessary and to seek Veterinary advice.

ii. An emergency contact telephone number must be supplied for any concerns we may have about your cat's health.

iii. Cats must be transported to and from The Garden Mews in a suitable cat carrier which will remain at the cattery during the stay.

iv. If any cat is left uncollected for 7 days without contact with The Garden Mews, explaining the situation, it may be necessary to contact an animal charity, for rehoming purposes.

N.B. It should be noted that we have decided NOT to adopt a cancellation policy. However, if during our very busy times when we are fully booked and not able to re-let your reserved rooms, we would like to think we could expect full payment to compensate us for loss of business.
